Non-Contracted Providers
Non-contracted providers must follow MediExcel Health Plan’s Non-Contracted Provider Dispute Resolution and Appeals Process (PDR), available through the buttons below. For behavioral health crisis post-stabilization, non-contracted providers must contact MediExcel Health Plan at (619) 365-4346, option 4 for authorization. Continued post-stabilization care requires authorization and is subject to the member’s applicable benefits and Evidence of Coverage.
